How to find the right Coach... (even if it's not us)
If you’ve landed here, you probably look like you have things together. You’re reliable. You show up. People depend on you. But maybe you’re also quietly asking: Why doesn’t this feel right anymore? Is this all there is? How do I ask for more when I’m not even sure what “more” is? You might not be in crisis, maybe just feels off, stuck, complacent. You want something else and maybe you don't even know what exactly that is. You’re looking for a coach. But coaching only works if it's the *right fit*. So here’s how to find that person. EVEN if it isn’t us. 1. Know What’s Not Working You don’t need a five-year plan. You just need to name what feels misaligned. Ask yourself: Where am I going through the motions? What do I want to feel, do, or become next? What do I want even if I feel like I can't have it, don't need it or don't deserve it? Clarity starts with honesty. 2. Find a Coach Who Hold Space For Your Kind of Stuck Are you lost or in transition? Do you need someone who’s comfortable in that space between “fine” and “fulfilled.” Do you need someone to help you make big moves, go for that promotion or set boundaries? Ask in a discovery call: “Who do you work best with? “How do you help people like me move forward?” 3. Speak to More Than One Coach Don’t skip this. It’s not disloyal, it’s wise. The right coach will feel like space, not pressure. Ask yourself: Who helped me breathe deeper? Who really heard me? Who felt like a mirror, not a megaphone? Look for Insight That Leads to Action You don’t just want to feel better. You want clarity, movement, and real change. Personally and professionally. A good coach helps you connect the emotional and the practical. 5. Trust the Green Lights ✅ Testimonials that sound like your story ✅ Clear process ✅ No-pressure conversations ✅ Real-world results, not just good vibes 🚫 Avoid coaches who sell fast, talk vague, or can’t name who they don’t work with. One Last Thing You don’t need rescuing. You need someone to help you take your next brave step with clarity and confidence. Remember that change doesn't happen in 1 meeting but moving towards it always wins over doing nothing. That’s what we do at TheNXT Coaching. But whether it’s us or someone else, we hope this helps you find the right guide for you.

Hi, I’m Jessica. The coach behind NXT Coaching.
I specialise in working with high-functioning professionals who feel emotionally misaligned with the life they’ve built.
You might look like you’ve got it all together, but inside, something feels stuck. You want clarity, purpose, and a next step that feels like you again.
That’s where I come in.
As a coach, I bring intuitive insight, practical support, and a deep belief that no one is truly stuck they just need the right space to think, feel, and move forward.
If you’re here and don’t know where to start, I’d love to be that first conversation.
BUT...
You’re not one-size-fits-all, and neither are we.
While I’m the founder and lead coach at NXT, I don’t work alone.
We’ve built a trusted panel of experienced coaches, each with their own strengths, styles, and specialisations. Whether you're preparing for retirement, navigating a major transition, or simply ready for more we’ll help you find a coach who truly fits.
One journey. Many guides. Let’s find the right one for you.
